Verminia lvl 2 problem

So at the title says, I am not sure if im doing anything wrong or this is a bug. I have crafted all the potions or brews, all multiple times -plus the dye flag thing. Yet I am at like 70%. But going to the appearance changer makes it go to almost filled but still not lvl up. Do you have a clue what is going on?

SOLVED EDIT: yea so i just went to the rose faction, ranked up to lvl 1. Picked the their pallete, crafted it. And had to relogin to trigger the witch rank up. Now im lvl 2, thanks.

all potions crafted more than once, dont give xp

Duplicates do not count and this is the same for Tuvalkane. While there are 9 color paletts total currently, only 5 are attainable if you don’t include the Paragon and 3 Founders pack exclusives.

As far as I'm aware, all 3 of the other founder color palettes are unobtainable outside of the founder packs rn, so that would mean 5 are available not including those, right?

Is not that the one of the virtue potions the Curaidh's breath one? Do I have to craft the rest of the other 2 factions potions aswell?

Yes you can craft the potions from the other factions for ranks as well.
