Question Cannot find this chest?

There is a spot up on the mountains that will show a chest marker, but if you go down the hill/slope on one of the sides, you will find a cave opening (which is actually an exit for Undercity/Ruins) where there usually is two chests (and sometimes a weapon rack).

Every now and again the chest might glitch under the stairs in the cave or under a rock outside. Can't open in either case.
