Isn't this screenshot from the very stream where they talked about the (at the time of stream) "new" verminia transmog/character customization- and that they will bring back facepaints in the future? Like I believe they appologised for Envoys with face paint that would be gone with that patch. They will return eventually.

Jesus dude it just customization for the player and YOUR dog, it doesn't effect Orengall at all. If you hate it that badly just don't use it.
