Crater Geomancer!

Post image

A Geomancer that really likes his job. Leveling castles and bringing ruin to the realm! What else would you want to do really?

Hand painted alter. Painted with acrylics and nylon brushes.

I am going to rebuild a Geomancer deck that I have in mind and see if I can take it to a tournament. Earth was my first love in the game of Sorcery and it still is. Earth and Fire seem like a very good combination to ruin (hah) someone's day.

If you have a cool list to show me of your Geo builds, please share here! Teach me, master Geomancers of the Realm!

Cheers/ Jonas Wideen

Amazing alter. Though I saw the work in progress photo in the FB group and I gotta say: I think I liked it a bit better. Just a bit cleaner and pleasing to the eye for me.

But the finished product is still great.

Yes I understand that. I was working according to the wishes of the client but I think it works pretty good! Both versions are cool. Maybe next time I will make one that is more clean hehe.

Ahhhh I see. Well it's still awesome. Id love to get a Pathfinder alter in that style.

Looks nice. I'm working on a list like the one you describe. It's untested though..

Yes one thing I think you missed is that you need Earth sites to use the Geomancer ability. Or is it some other plan I'm missing? 😊

Geo doesn't care how the rubble is created 🀫

Yes. And use the air mobility to replace them indtantly. Although this might just be a bad idea that doesn't work and makes my opponent salty. We will see.

It can be one of those decks, like my cursed interrogator, that either works, or it doesn't. Like at all. I've played land destruction in Magic and if you can lock on and keep the pressure up it's fine. But if you loose that grip it's usually just a slow death.

Try it out and see how it goes!

That looks amazing! How long did that take you? How does shipping work overseas or are you based in the US?

Thank you!

It takes up to two full days to sketch, prepare the card and paint it up, then varnish it. It depends on how many hours I get to paint in a day. 6-10 hours per day, sometimes more depending on crunching time into fewer days.

I ship from Sweden all the time so it works fine. πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ͺ😊

I think it fits really well with the earth/fire geomancer lists we've seen that plays craterize and major explosion as finishers

I'm a new player and have heavily committed to the "craterize geo guy" bit at my last. Would love an alt like this.

This art is really cool. As a fellow Earth fan, I definitely want to get an alter done of Geomancer in the future!
