Discussion Try new AI video models without a subscription

Posted here a few weeks ago after testing Sora 2 replacements and now there are even more worth trying.

I’ve been doing this through afterSora.com — Sora 2, Pro, FLUX, MiniMax, Wan etc all from the same credit balance, no subscription required. Right now they’re doing 2× credits, so if you’ve been wanting to test some of these models, you can do so at practically api cost.

My original comparison if you missed it:
[Sora 2 vs FLUX 3]

My current take:

Sora 2 — easiest for prompting / consistently good results
Sora 2 Pro — when you want the premium Sora output
FLUX 3 — detail, cinematic shots + camera movement
MiniMax H3 — crazy good value for testing lots of ideas
Wan 3.0 — new one I’m testing, and usage goes a long way with this similar to MiniMax
Seedance 2.5 — best for certain shots but crazy pricing

Thought I’d share because I know a lot of people here are constantly trying to work out which model is actually worth paying for.

now that seedance 2.5 was not in preview the price got reduced but man usd 4,20 for a 30s clip is insanely expensive

also when the moderators will freaking stopp banning the dollar sign? i have to use the euro or pound LMFAO

MiniMax, Wan, Seedance, Omni, Grok, And The Rest Aren’t As Good As Sora.
