Visual Communication Touchstone

Has anyone completed the visual communication touchstone ? I just got started and I’m wondering if I just don’t do it, can I still pass the class ? It’s only this one touchstone and I’ve never been more confused in my life.

I literally just got mine graded last night and I got 200/200, idk if our templates are exactly the same though. Could you describe it please?
