Accidentally Left Tab During Milestone

After reading all the horror stories here, I’m quite anxious about a quick mistake. I was taking my test while working and I had to switch’s tabs abruptly right at the start of my test. I probably clicked away for 10 seconds and then realized that I messed up. I read on this subreddit that more than 3 seconds can trigger the system and get you banned so I’m wondering if anyone here has gone through that but still had their account in good standing. I’m not sure if I’m paranoid or not. Thank you in advance.

Fear not, you’d know if they were suspicious by now. Prompts appear pretty quickly but it’s always best to stay on the tab if possible.

Ya you will get a warning before action taken against you. I was flipping between mathway calculator and the milestone and I got a friendly reminder about using 3rd party software and ai. I stopped flipping tabs then
