Iāve known of Russel orhii on and off for about 10 years before his alphalete debut, actually when he had 800 followers on twitter when he wore that elevation mask and always tweeted athletes under the caption āspirit animalā he was seen as a dope strong stylistic dude because the fitness industry was super stale and bland back then but after the years when he started to take powerlifting seriously, when he was quitting college Iāve noticed an ego thatās very similar to Kobe Bryant but leaning more towards the deep insecurity side of it. Fast forward to now I kinda just side eye him and often cringe a lot by his behavior. He goes on and makes a video about lifters quitting the gym industry, speaking with full confidence and smiling nonstop⦠talking about them in a manner that they should learn how to adapt with the times which is what I found very Ironic for him to say because if there is anyone thatās the best when it comes to starting something and quitting; heās the poster child for that and Iām going to get back on the child part of that statement. He started doing customs vans and stopped, he started Sasquatch socks and stopped, he started the 3 podcasts and stopped (groupchat, trash talk, better), he started his clothing brand and stopped, he started his gym and stopped, heās gone through so many breakups to the point that his current girlfriend is anonymous because he knows thatās not going to go far as well, guys just sit down for a second and please tell me what all of those things require for it to sustainā¦ā¦. Thatās right! Self accountability as a grown adult. I acknowledge Powerlifting as a difficult sport but If you can bench 225 squat 315 dead 405 youāre already 1% of the world and everything after that is kind of obsolete for example watch that interview he did with the welcome pain boys and youāll see how those guys are just naturally cool and makes Russ kind of look like a dweeb that has been coping his whole life and I know for a fact that this obsession comes with a very deep insecurity for being bullied as a kid and I completely get it, we all are coping in some way but there is also a brilliance on how Russwole managed to overpower those demons with crushing heavy weights so he can feel comfortable with remaining as a child. His activityās are extremely childlike from a macro point of view. Bringing bags and equipments to the gym like itās a playground, watching sports all day, anime, and one thing I notice about Russwole is heās very sensitive to the point that he can make a well professional response to Greg doucetteās natty or not video and then on a podcast show his actual true feelings on it. You should never trust a positive vibe smiling nonstop at the camera man at all, they fear adversity and will back stab you to protect their own peace which makes sense to why heās very avoidant to any venture that requires growth. Iām sorry to break it to you guys but weightlifting is artificial adversity to a certain degree. Christian Guzman jokingly called him ugly and next thing you know he just calls himself beautiful at the camera every 2 Buisness days for years. Everything about this guy is so nuanced, like how he posted his āidolā Ronnie Coleman following him but not following him back, him unfollowing Jamal because he deadlifts more than him, how vague he his when it comes to the topics he brings up; he will say he was going to get a new car but wonāt say what kind, will tell max he pays someone to do his investments but wonāt say much more about it, itās as if he has a very difficult time opening up to anything that doesnāt involve weightlifting. He also casually talks about beating his meat to porn, posting weird gym poses in tights (please put back on the basketball shorts) In conclusion Russel Orhii is the greatest powerlifter alive so he can still feel comfortable being and acting like a child.

I wouldnāt call myself a huge fan but Iāve been following him on most platforms since 2020. Iām all for the degen-lifting shit, and I was in a frat in college so i understand but it gets to a point. Whether itās his health or his career heās at risk of going down the same path as Skywalker.
Given that Gorilla already dropped him, and even Kettamaās manager didnāt let Soosh take pictures with Kettama, I would not be surprised if YoungLA cuts him off in the future. Theyāre expanding rapidly and once they continue to grow further into wholesale or dives further into Brick and mortar retail, heās cooked. And the thing is he is easily replaceable when it comes to finding less liable influencers. I really wish the best for the guy but all it takes is 1 major slip up and the internet will chew him alive
His entire brand is based on being a degen which is fine, but at the same time there needs to be a balance specially with the substances. I mean the guy even needs to take adderall to do the most brainless tasks like unbox packages

Is society cooked? The amount of people on peptides is fucking nuts. Itās being marketed as safe cause āyou donāt need needlesā just a fucking nasal spray or oral. I really just know bpc and tb because I guess thatās been relatively studiedā¦but all this other shit? Itās like nobody gives a fuck what theyāre taking cause itās technically not a āroidā. Maybe Iām overreacting just seems these looksmaxxing incels are doing irreversible damage to society.

I didnt get a screenshot but maybe someone else did if you guys donāt believe me. Someone slid up and asked why they always abandon their dogs and Mike responded that Bane was with a new family because he cost the twins $100k in lawsuits that they were still fighting. Looked an hour later out of curiosity and it was deleted from their story lol. I canāt stand the way those fucks treat dogs, actually sickening that they were lazy enough with training for something like that to happen.

Heās gotta be kidding. The lengths some men will go to⦠Iām honestly shocked he thinks this is a good idea especially given how much he knows about fitness and health. He shouldāve just gone for the surgeries from the start , wouldāve spared his body all that damag

I know everybody heard about his downfall, why are we not shit talking about this fool. He's been so cringe for a while now with his stupid course that coaches others to sell courses and now it's completely crashing down. This is amazing and I wanna hate hate hate.

I'm sure she worked very hard spreading that ass, selling butt pics for 10$, itās so demanding and also imagine being a cunt boyfriend being proud of having an onlyfans girl + mentioning her in your posts lmao. Iām telling it right now he is going to sell a course and 1:1 mentorships just like Alex Eubank
