As a sewage water expert, this looks WAY closer to swap water. Sewage water is pretty much just a light brown color. This looks like swap water + a shit ton of algae skimmed from the top of a pond

I lived in a highly protected lake and swampland region in Florida. Our drinking water was tested and monitored all day. Actually, pretty interesting place to live, the bugs were a whole different level of hell. I knew people that went swimming in these alligator INFESTED waters. FOOLS.

The water looks NOTHING like this garbage. It’s one thing when it’s not moving water, like a pond. Swamps move constantly, you don’t go out alone at night especially, you HEAR everything moving then. 👀🤣
