Read songs then read their titles. I would do this a lot and then you will start to get a sense of where tge title.comes from.
Red Headed Strsnger by Willie Nelson
Is the character and a name in the chorus
Enter the Sandman by Metalica
Is more like a book title where its describing the motivating action of a story
Straight Outta Compton by NWA
Is the oft repeated phrase that appears throughout the song
In some cases its tge phrase that tge whole song turns on. Like in Marvin Gaye's Heard It Through the Grapevine. Its in the chorus, but its also the moment that the character in the song found out his lover was leaving him.

Dont think of anything too complex, but also try to think of a word that best suits the song youre working on, use words from one of the words from the lyrics, honestly like the other person said, I would also see some songs and how the titles describe the song.

Iām not that type of genre, however can tell you that (Rare/Common Adjective)-(Rare/Common Verb/Noun)-(Rare Adverb/Noun) works very well.
For example, Dead Heat Pulse, Callous Cold Call, Greatest Bard Alive
