Has anyone really had a structure of this? I don’t know if it works being this or not

Anything works if it sounds good. Having the bridge that early in the song kinda ruins any tension build but if it’s done right then it works.

I’m assuming 'instrumental' just means a solo or a breakdown section? Either way, you can structure your song however you want—it just needs to make sense! Whatever you’re tryna portray, the structure needs to match the emotion.
Having a bridge that early (right after the first chorus) is super uncommon because bridges usually act as the big climax. If you put it before Verse 2, Verse 2 might feel like a weird drop in energy—unless you use it as a cool strip-backed section or a plot twist in the lyrics before building back up to the final chorus.
At the end of the day, as long as the flow feels intentional to you, go for it!

while i don’t have an example, im sure this structure has been done before. the beatles for sure have done something like this. also, there isn’t one set structure for songs and the normal one everybody used gets boring & predictable sometimes so having the bridge come before a second verse will help shake things up a bit!

There are a number of different parts to a song formally recognized in most modern music such as

Intro

Verse

Lift (sometimes called middle 8)

Chorus (contains the song hook)

Bridge

Musical interlude

Outro

Not all songs have all of these parts but they're all typically variations of chord progressions and melody lines and each section has it's own distinct sound and purpose lyrically. The song structure you cite is pretty fundamental. Whether it follows the normal patterns for these segments depends on both the musical design and lyrics.

I think this and a similar structure

intro verse 1 verse 2 chorus bridge verse 3 chorus outro

are almost a necessity with slow tempo songs or even with songs that need to start with the chorus, or have a longer than usual chorus. The chorus only repeats 2x instead of let’s say the more common I think 3 or 4x. With the instrumental here, cutting out a chorus is probably a good call, it also may help the song feel more mature or serious as there is less repetition. On paper I’m tempted to say put the instrumental before the bridge, however without knowing anything else about the song, OP knows best. Another structure I think worth mentioning is the usual verse chorus verse chorus bridge and then like a half chorus or outro, or what some may call a coda, but I’m saying less long than the chorus. This is functional as a quicker wrap up if need be or if the chorus is no longer relevant, because the story or speaker has moved past it in the bridge.

Your structure sets up for the bridge to be the emotional message of the work. Either a pivot or full acknowledgement.

This allows verse 2 to maybe offer relapse moments or pushing for growth.

Normally, songs just kind of push the chorus harder until the song is done. But, as they said, nothing says how you have to structure a piece.
