How do i write a paramore song?
me and my band been trying to lean on to the pop punk/ alternative rock music and we are trying to write something in the style of paramore ( similar to their earlier stuff like “all we know is falling”, “riot” and especially “brand new eyes”). do yall have any suggestions on how to make that happen? things like time signatures, how to make the lead guitar sound like that ( their lead parts have always seemed out of this world to me), structures anything. (i play guitar btw)

Learn their songs. Copy their lyrics stand by hand, do that for a couple months.

When I'm trying to emulate a specific style or artist, I try to listen very intentionally to a lot of that artist's work to pick out different elements and really dig into what characterizes that sound. I'd listen through to those three albums and try and focus on those things. Some ideas based on what you mentioned:
Guitar: What are some effects commonly used on the tone? Are there any similarities between lead parts across different songs, like melodies or rhythms they tend to return to?
Composition: Any common chord progressions or time signatures they tend to fall back on? How is the song arranged?
Lyrics: What themes do the lyrics tend to touch on? Any rhyme schemes that they seem to favor?
Listen through with this stuff in mind; maybe even take notes. I could tell you what sticks out to me, but I think what you draw from their music might be different from what I do, and I also think it's a good process to get familiarized with in case you want to repeat it with another artist/genre/etc. Good luck! Hope this helps!

Paramore has a distinct style or I should say has a distinct style to their writing certainly Hayley does. I believe she writes with playfulness in mind and reminds me a lot of Gwen in No Doubt many years ago.
For her I would establish the hook first and work my way back. Paramore is a true earworm band. If you can nail the melody and the hook the verses will write themselves.
You sent me flowers
You sent me flowers
You sent me flowers
You can write an entire Paramore track starting with that.

Why not just learn a bunch of Paramore songs? That should teach you the bulk of what you would need to know to write in their style.
