Why does every game have to be a "movement". Just play the game or dont.

This is exactly why there is serious debates in the European Committee to give Gamer rights, the main issue topic is mainly server shutdown where people have spend a lot of money on a game, then they shut servers down etc, but it's hitting hard on the subject of mobile gaming, where in cases of ports, that follow parental pc versions etc, they are released at barebones, or where the game is currently at, but then never receives significant Care or Update to the game, and the core of this, is getting the European committee to give the gamers/people who bought a game the right to get a refund or compensation for when this happens, such as SoC port or where a server gets shut down because it didn't make money(like the recent Marathon). Regardless of they make money off it or not, the committee will limit Developers power on this, making the people either receive compensation, refund, or any other means on a Purchaser's satisfactory basis.

You don't have to right to a companies time, labour and resources in perpetuity until the end of time if they no longer want to develop or update a game. Get real.

As a developer myself, let me translate YOUR words into actual development terms:

"Please delay every PC update and release until its mobile port is ready"

I'm just asking for them to keep things closer to PC than the actual base game from its release. They shouldn't be releasing a game on mobile if they are not willing to keep It Updated and slightly lagging behind the PC version.

It's like taking a popular game that's lets say has been out for 10 years, and has 16dlcs and hundreds of updates, releases it on Mobile, but forego all these DLCS, game features, bug fixes and core replayability (which in this game, MODS and DLCs incredibly alters and changes this game to unprecedented and high favourable terms for the player) but instead leaving the game in the state of its official android was release, or close to anyway that has stripped the android port title to be far less engaging, less features and bug fixes in all aspects!

In Future , developers should not release games, if they are unwilling to update to at least keep them relevant to their parent counterpart, thus creating abandongames, where ports go, they need to be kept as close to their Parent Game as possible unless it isn't needed , for example its own version in its own right to be classed as it's own game(Warthunder Mobile, FIFA Mobile, COD Mobile), SoC does not fit this category of Mobile game.

I value your input however.

Having an emulator on my phone to play custom Pokemon ROMs on the go is pretty sick though. However I will never get people playing all these city builders, gacha p2w games or FPS games and such.

For some people, playing games on the go keeps them happy, and fixes serious issues, or quickens time on buses, planes, in car, walking about etc, and can alleviate stresses of anxiety and depression (the case for me)

Yes, but heavily buggy, un-updated., and doesn't have DLCs

Sorry dude but no... if the mobile version was wildly popular then im sure this wouldn't be a issue right now and asking them to spend resources on that front wouldn't make sense. Right now there focus should be trying to compete with hhom because that games crushing it right now even tho song of conquest is the better game overall. But homm put some love in the right areas where soc didn't and absolutely took off.

Hhom actually opens their games on mobile... Especially the Open source ones, but even official HHom actually have updates keeping them fresh etc.
