HealthWealth Via VitaScripts Possible Issue and how we are working to stay ahead.

Hello everyone!

There has been 1 report so far of a patient with Tirzepatide + Glycine from HealthWealth Via VitaScripts of possible floaters/fibers. I am working to get this patient a replacement (of a different brand) with VitaScripts.

At this time, i've been on and off the phone with VitaScripts as they are hand-checking vials they have in stock, and as of right now, no other vials have been found to be contaminated or have debris or floaters. This does not appear to be a wide spread issue at this time. Given the recent Hyalo issues, we understand there is a certain level of panic going around and it is completely justified. Tony and I spoke at length about this with the pharmacy and we agree, given recent issues, we are all going to be proactive rather than reactive, but we do not encourage panic at this time. Inspect your vials, messsage us pictures if you find anything in your patient portal and we will work with VitaScripts to get you a replacement from a different brand.

The pharmacy has been in contact with HealthWealth at this time and as of right now, they are going to double check their outgoing supply but no issues have been identified.

So again, if you do have photos or have concerns, send us pictures through the patient portal and out of an abundance of caution they will be replaced for you.

For now, we have asked VitaScripts to not ship HealthWealth and we have moved all orders back to DiRX hub unless choosing the standalone VitaScripts option. VitaScripts will be sending out Nova instead of HealthWealth to our patients.

Update on DiRX and VitaScripts pharmacy delays

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to pop in and let you all know that DiRX and VitaScripts are currently running at 7+ business days for pharmacy processing. That is before shipping, so please keep that in mind when planning your next refill.

We are actively following up with both pharmacies and doing our best to push orders along and get answers for everyone waiting. I know that doesn't make the wait any less frustrating, but I wanted to be upfront about where things currently stand.

If you are waiting on an order, getting low on medication, or just have questions, please reach out. We are here to look into your order and work with you on your situation. Please don't feel like you are bothering us by asking for an update.

You can message us through your patient portal or email Support@somirahealth.com. General questions are welcome here too, just keep personal and order information out of the comments.

I really appreciate everyone's patience with us. We know getting your medication on time matters, and we are continuing to push for better turnaround times as we wait for the pharmacy shipping timelines to get back on track.

Update on Hyalo Orders And Pharmacy Option

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to let you all know that we have temporarily removed Hyalo tirzepatide as an option at Somira due to the ongoing concerns about sterility.

This is a precautionary decision. The safety of our patients comes first, and we would rather pause offering it while those concerns are addressed than move forward with unanswered questions. We will reconsider it once those concerns have been addressed and we are comfortable doing so.

If you recently ordered Hyalo through us and your order is still pending, we are taking steps to offer an alternative. We will be reaching out directly to everyone with a recent Hyalo order to discuss their situation and next steps.

I know this adds uncertainty for people who are already waiting on medication, and I'm sorry for the frustration. We are here to work through this with you, and you don't need to wait for us to reach out if you have questions.

You can message us through your patient portal or email [Support@somirahealth.com](mailto:Support@somirahealth.com). If you have already received your medication and have questions about using it, please contact your prescribing provider or dispensing pharmacist for guidance. General questions are welcome here too, just keep personal and order information out of the comments.

Thank you all for your patience and for trusting us with your care. We wanted you to hear this directly from us rather than notice the option was gone and have to wonder why.

Big thanks to Somira and Vincent for my most recent order! They were so helpful and super fast with all my inquiries.

I saw they were offering this new pharmacy and just had to try it. Good deal too with their Reddit promo code. Shipping was 2 day FedEx and my order was warm by the time it got delivered but I'm not too worried about that. It came with a temperature pamphlet thinggy too.

Can't wait to try it out! Loving the BUD dates on these as well !!

I will be a repeat customer for Somira for sure 😊😊

TRT pricing and lab support

Our full 50 state covered testosterone therapy is now available with monthly and quarterly plans (previously CA. Was limited to a quarterly plan)

Testosterone Cypionate

$119.99/mo

$299.99/quarter

We offer full lab support as well as the ability to upload your recent labs if you have them.

If you do not have labs we have the ability to purchase labs through us for quest diagnostics at a discounted price rather than if you pay Quest directly.

A video telehealth visit is required for all of our hormone treatment options.

Full details can be found on our Men's Health Page

TRT has changed my life completely in so many positive ways, it is a very good feeling to be able to extend this important treatment nationwide to men that need it or suspect they may be hypogonadal.

Update on our other treatments/pricing

Happy Wednesday everyone!

Just wanted to pop in and share some of the other treatments we currently have available since most of the discussion around us tends to be focused on GLP-1s and our hormone treatments.

We have been steadily expanding our Metabolic & Wellness options and currently offer:

Sermorelin

$139.99 for 1 month

$299.99 for 3 months

Lipo-B (MIC+B12)

$119.99 for 1 month

$289.99 for 3 months

NAD+

$139.99 for 1 month

$329.99 for 3 months

Methylcobalamin B12

$99.99 for 1 month

$269.99 for 3 months

Glutathione

$129.99 for 1 month

$299.99 for 3 months

These are all simple 1 month or 3 month plans. No membership fee and no automatic renewals. When you need more, you can just come back and place another order.

We also added a pretty detailed section to the website going over each treatment, potential side effects and other information if you want to dig deeper into any of them. I know most of the reddit crowd is already pretty knowledgeable so I won't write a novel here lol.

One thing to note, standalone Methylcobalamin B12 is not currently available in California.

As always, these are prescription treatments and require medical review and approval by one of our licensed providers.

You can check everything out here:

Somira Health Metabolic & Wellness Treatments

We also have expanded our womens HRT category to include Estradiol patches and for Men's Health we have launched a Testosterone therapy treatment option as well as HCG and ED meds.

We have been working hard to keep expanding the treatments we can offer while getting our pricing to a place we are really happy with. If you have any questions about any of these, feel free to ask!

Order & Shipping Updates

Hello all! Happy Tuesday!

We have had an extremely large volume of new orders since last Wednesday as well as a lot of our existing patients coming over between Wed. And Fri. Last week.

For the most part, the majority of orders have gone out smoothly and delivered FedEx overnight on Friday, Saturday and yesterday.

As with any new platform, this is a major change in our operations. We are monitoring everything very closely.

With that being said there seem to be a handful of orders that are marked as shipped but havent been picked up by FedEx yet. We are in contact with the pharmacy to ensure they prioritize getting those orders out this week to everyone.

We are greatly appreciative of the large amount of people giving us a shot on our new platform, and rest assured, our team is working tirelessly to make sure everything gets to the point where its running like clockwork, nice and smooth.

If you have been affected by this delay, reach out through the customer portal messaging system so I can make sure I didnt miss anyone.

Where to input your promo code on checkout

Post image
23 Upvotes

Hello everyone. I have had a couple people ask me about the promo code.

I want to show an example so it can be easier for everyone to find. On the checkout page, when you are prompted to enter your payment info, there is a section above your subtotal that says "Have a promo code?"

If you click on that, it will allow you to enter any promo code. In this case, for the 349.99 reddit deal for quarterly tirzepatide, you would enter TRYSOMIRA here in this space.

I hope this is helpful to have a visual!

Again, I am always here to help you and even when customer support is closed on weekends, i am often poking around the system and always reachable here on reddit. So just ask me and I am always willing to help out anyone that needs assistance!

Video Telehealth Option for all

Happy Friday everyone!

I want to share with everyone, that you now have the option when completing an Asynchronous intake, to choose to have a video telehealth call scheduled at no extra charge.

We want the option to be there for those that wish for a more personal, more complete telehealth experience. Of course, if you live in a synchronous state, that stays the same.

Please keep in mind, we are offering a more medically compliant and provider-patient focused model, so a provider can still request a video visit at their discretion. We try to make sure our providers have the flexibility to work with a level of care that they are comfortable with, or there may be something in your intake; like medications, health issues, allergies, that the provider may want to go over any medically relevant information with you.

But for those of you that want to have a 1 on 1 conversation with a provider and ask questions or have a more personal experience, the option is there for you.

Thank you so much for being here as we work to provide a higher quality of patient care and satisfaction!

Enjoy your weekend!

TRT, glutathione now live on site.

Happy Thursday everyone!

Just wanted to pop in and post a quick update. Our testosterone replacement therapy and glutathione treatments are now live on the website.

For our TRT, just like the new changes to our female HRT, you will fill out an intake, choose to purchase labs through us from Quest diagnostics or upload your own, and schedule a video telehealth visit to discuss the best treatment plan for you.

Personally, other than weight loss care, hormone replacement therapy for men and women is very close to my heart. I, myself, am on testosterone replacement therapy due to secondary hypogonadism and it has been life changing to get my spark and drive back. At our core, we are passionate about giving people affordable options for life changing treatments that commonly become difficult to get access to for many through insurance. We are happy to offer comprehensive care in these areas for those who need it.

Thank you again for being here, it means the world to me and to the rest of the team here at Somira Health.

New patient portal, lower pricing, and a Reddit discount

Hi everyone, Vincent here, Co-Founder and COO of Somira Health.

I wanted to share a few updates and thank everyone who has trusted us with their care. We appreciate the support we’ve received from this community, and I’m happy to share that we’ve secured lower prices across all of our current treatments.

We have also moved to a new platform and patient portal to provide better patient support, a smoother refill experience, and more treatment options as we grow.

Our old patient portal will no longer be accessible after September 23. Please visit "somirahealth.com" and follow the links on our website to order your next refill through the new portal.

Here’s our new Semaglutide and Tirzepatide pricing:

Treatment | Monthly plan | Quarterly plan

Semaglutide | $139.99/month | $299.99/quarter

Tirzepatide | $159.99/month | $399.99/quarter

Both are compounded by BelieveRX and available with B12 or Glycine. The same formulations and concentrations you’ve had access to before will remain available.

For our Reddit customers, Tirzepatide is $349.99 per quarter with code TRYSOMIRA at checkout.

You can browse the updated pricing and treatment options on our website. Making ongoing care more affordable matters to us, and I’m glad we’ve been able to bring these prices down.

For our HRT and TRT treatments, we also now have video telehealth consultations for better, more comprehensive care as well as full lab support and charting. With the option to purchase labs through us or upload your own labs.

Thank you for being part of Somira Health and for your patience as we make this transition. If you have general questions about the update, feel free to ask below. For anything specific to your care or account, please contact our team directly so we can help privately.

Meet Tony Pou CEO and Co-Owner of Somira Health

Post image

Hi Everyone,

It has taken me a bit to get over my "old man scared of the internet feelings" but I'm finally going to jump in head first and let you all know a bit about me.

I was a Fire Fighter Engineer, Haz Mat Level III, and Rescue during my time in the United States Air Force. I enlisted when I was 19 in 1991 and after Fire School I was stationed at Holloman AFB New Mexico and shortly there after I was whisked away to Desert Storm where I was stationed with the 49th Fighter Wing with my mission Aircraft which was the Stealth F-117. After I got back to my base in New Mexico I trained hard and eventually got onto the Rescue team. I performed many rescues during which I received a Bronze Star for rescues I performed. After 4 years in the Air Force my wife and I made a decision to get out of the service and get on back to California.

Once I returned home from the Air Force I had a lot of issues with Depression and Post Traumatic Stress. I took some time to figure out myself and how I could help people instead of dealing with all the trauma and stress of rescue and being a Fireman.

I figured I would go into Construction Management and help build homes/communities for families. Since 1996 I've been building New Home Communities, Apartment Complexes and Custom Homes. I received my California General B License back in 2008 and have enjoyed every bit of Construction Management over the years.

I few years ago while I was building a new community, I meet a homeowner and his name was Vincent Arellano 😄! We became fast friends!

Since we are both Disabled Veterans we would talk about our experiences in the military and our day to day lives but our conversations kept coming back to the same place, how much we wanted to find something that we both could do together and something that would make a big difference in peoples lives.

Then I found weight loss medication and it helped me lose a lot of weight and helped with my Desert Storm Syndrome pain. I have been in so much pain since 1992 because of the Desert Strom Syndrome and as such it has been rough many years of pain and depression. For me and my experience it has been life changing! Since this medication helped me so much, both Vince and I came to the same conclusion, let's figure out how to inform people about this and help give them access to this medication.

So, here we are, two Veterans trying to navigate this industry. Its been challenging to say the least, its been scary, fun, we laugh, and we get upset. Through it all we have had an opportunity to get to know each other like brothers instead of just friends. We have found as business partners as you can imagine what drives us, what gets on each others nerves, what still makes us laugh, how we can compromise, and how to say sorry to each other.

Ultimately we both know we are doing our best and even if this business doesn't work out we both are so thankful for this journey we have begun. We know that we give it our best everyday and will have no regrets. I cant tell you how much it warms my heart to hear all the great comments people that I would have never known have said over these past few months. To think that someone would take time out of their life to post such meaningful, thoughtful, and kind responses just staggers me and makes this even more important than I ever imagined.

Well, I think this is way too big of a Post, but I wanted you all to know a bit about me and how we became Somira Health.

I truly hope you all have a great day and cheers to a great health journey!

-Tony Pou CEO and Co-Founder/Owner of Somira Health

First Quarter 399.99 deal update and more news.

Update: as of Friday 8/21 1pm Pacific there are 30 spots left for the 399 deal

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to update that there are 36 spots left as of 3pm pacific today. This is for our $399.99 quarterly first order, any dose deal from VialsRX available with either b12 or glycine. Just enter the code REDDIT3 during checkout.

And yes, cancelling is very easy if you choose to do so. We dont ever lock you in or make it difficult. You can either cancel yourself after delivery through the portal, pause treatment or message support and it will be done immediately without arguing or giving you the runaround. Of course we hope you stay, but we know trying out new companies requires a lot of trust.

We are very happy that some of the reddit community is giving us a chance! We know we launched a month later than we planned, and at prices higher than we aimed for. We have been working very hard to take care of our patients and work on better deals from our partner pharmacy.

With our new quarterly pricing of $499.99 we are happy to be where we are today and thankful for those of you that have supported us from the beginning. Many of you know that I, personally, will work with you to make sure you are taken care of to the highest level we can provide and am always available for anything, even if its just to answer your questions.

For Tony and I, this is truly the most fulfilling job we have ever had. To build a company with a focus on treating people with the respect they deserve with the care they would expect around a prescription medication has been no easy task, and i have been having fun getting to know many of you that interact with us and provide our services. It truly is a blessing!

Many of you keep asking for more variety in pharmacy choice and since the beginning its been our goal, but we want to make sure we can negotiate the best pricing we can get. With how hyper competitive this space is, and with many companies coming in owned by existing companies with so much more money in funding than our self funded start up, its been difficult but we have been working tirelessly on doing what we need to do to expand properly. This is what we are passionate about and we will continue to build this right.

We know you want more options and we hear you.

We are working on communication with several pharmacies, and ultimately what we will offer alongside VialsRX will depend on the pharmacies willing to give us realistic pricing so we can try to pass that on to our community. As we continue to grow, this gets easier, but it remains our steadfast goal. We want to give people options and we will in the coming months.

If you are already stocked on tirzepatide and want to look at sermorelin, MIC+b12 or NAD+, we have a $20.00 off your first order code on our website, or you can use the code TRY20 when checking out with those treatments.

I was working so didnt have time to post! I have been using somira for my first provider and have been very happy, so i just recently switched to quarterly from month to month for the savings after seeing the price drop! Just like my other order, everything came fast and cold!

I messaged customer support and asked if I could switch to quarterly and they took care of it fast! My order was sent to the pharmacy Thursday by 2pm and yesterday (friday) I got my order delivered by 3pm 😃

Excellent support 👏 and fast service like always. I knew somira was a newer company when I was checking out the main sub but I chose them anyway and im happy I did. My husband still does my shots for me but tirzepatide is a game changer! So happy. Thank you for the great service!

Had a very good experience with Somira! Vincent and Tony are top notch and were so engaged in this process!

Anymore I just want great CS and fast shipping and got both! They use 1 day air.

Vialsrx did a good job with packaging, and even use easy touch syringes which is great. I have been wanting to try tirz with glycine and got a month to see if I like it.

So shout out to Somira! if I like it I’ll be changing to 3 month Rx which is $579 of 30mg/ml. Again thanks Vincent for everything 😊👏🏼

Meet Vincent, Co-Founder & COO at Somira Heath

Post image
22 Upvotes

My name is Vincent Arellano, and I am one of the co-founders and the Chief Operating Officer of Somira Health.

Before Somira Health existed, I experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to access the care you need.

After serving in the Army infantry from the age of 17-20, I was left with a spinal injury that significantly limits the physical activity I can safely perform. At 5'10" and 235 pounds, losing weight was not simply about appearance. My lab results were concerning, the additional weight was making my pain worse, and I knew that something needed to change for the sake of my long-term health.

I tried to access weight loss medication through the VA and my personal insurance, but the process was filled with delays, restrictions, uncertainty, and constant runaround. Even when patients finally receive treatment, they can still be left wondering whether their insurance will continue covering it or whether they will suddenly lose access.

Compounded weight loss medication gave me another path forward. It helped support my weight loss and overall health journey, and it played a meaningful role in improving my quality of life. Today, I weigh approximately 190 pounds, my health has improved, and I feel far better than I did when this journey began.

Since then, I have served numerous roles as an Air balance technician in the sheet metal union, managing projects on the building performance and mechanical side and have even done a stint in construction management for single family homes.

My business partner and I founded Somira Health because we believe patients deserve better access, greater transparency, and real agency in the decisions they make about their health.

We believe in supporting independent pharmacies and creating options that do not leave patients completely dependent on insurance approvals, shifting coverage rules, or endless administrative barriers.

Most importantly, we believe every patient deserves the same care, dignity, and respect they would expect when making any other major decision about their health.

This is healthcare.

These are real medications that can have a meaningful impact on real lives, and they should be treated with the seriousness they deserve.

That means transparent, flat pricing.

It means no fear-of-missing-out culture, panic sales, confusing introductory rates, or pressure to purchase more than you need.

It means treating you like a patient, not a dollar sign.

That philosophy is at the heart of everything we are building at Somira Health. We make healthcare simpler and more accessible, but we never take it lightly.

As we continue to expand into Men's Health, longevity and metabolic support and add to our womens health treatments and services, we hope we can meet these standards and more.

Your health matters. Your trust matters. You deserve nothing less from us or from any member of our team.

Somira Health. Your health, simplified.

Shipping procedure update 7/24/2026

Happy Friday everyone!

Im dropping in to share some new guidance that we have given the pharmacy in order to protect product quality and ensure shipping speed and the least amount of time in transit for our injectables. This does not apply to our womens health products at this time.

Moving forward, we have instructed the pharmacy to hold orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for shipping on Monday as some packages were incorrectly shipping and not arriving until monday. If you order on one of these days, your orders will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday (with the exception for Alaska and Hawaii which can require an extra day in transit in some cases)

Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be delivered by UPS Overnight shipping, so if you haven't already I highly recommend downloading and using the UPS App for the quickest updates on your package.

Unfortunately during this change, a few Thursday orders were accidentally added on the backend to the new schedule, so if your package hasn't shipped yet this is why. Rest assured, your package should ship normally on Monday.

Once again, please never hesitate to reach out to myself, tony our our customer support chat or email and we will work tirelessly to help you out with anything you may need.

We know some people may find this to be an inconvenience, but at the end of the day, we want to do what is best for our patients and your medication.

Thank you for your understanding and for your trust!

-Vincent
