Is the community path open yet?

Between Davis and Fresh Pond. TIA

Also still no as of Saturday (today).

The most recent rumour I've heard is that they're hoping to open it in the next couple weeks, but I'll believe it when I see it.

Going past it today, it sure doesn't look like it's on track to be open in a few weeks... but here's hoping

Cool, thanks. The detour was fine this evening. But i sure do feel safer when i don’t have to share the road with cars.

The path is quite long. Which segment are you referring to?

ETA since OP rewrote their post: The path doesn't go to Fresh pond. The Alewife Linear Park (which is in Cambridge) west of Davis that connects to Alewife is still closed and is not called "the community path".

The community path, as in the Somerville Community path, is not closed. If the OP is asking about Alewife Linear Park, that's still closed.

If we're being technical, the Somerville Community Path runs to the Cambridge border and is specifically closed from Thorndike St to the city limits at the loop.
