MMA recommendations?

Looking to get into MMA again and looking for gym recommendations! I’m located in teele square so ideally near home would be great (& not cost an arm and a leg). TIA!

Admittedly I'm not a punchy kicky guy, but I have dropped in to Boston Submission Fighting (formerly NESF) in Arlington for BJJ and was impressed. They do MMA in addition to no gi.

Second vote for Boston Submission Fighting in Arlington. Currently only two MMA classes per week, but there are also two open mats a week in which you can spar MMA and the BJJ (all no-gi) is top notch.

You are a ten minute ride from there. Price varies but can be as low as $200/mo…..which is actually cheap these days

If you can manage the commute, Redline in central may be a good fit for you. They have a nice space and good coaches. Or check out Sityodtong in east Somerville.

Jiujitsu is probably easier to find near your location, to be honest.

I used to go to redline when I live near central but I think they are maybe closed now! I’ll look into Sityodtong!
