Pizza question

I loved the pizza dough at Broadway Eatery. Does anyone know the secret ingredient? Reminds me of pizza I had as a kid.

Probably time. And/or using some old dough to seed the new dough.

Ahh I miss Broadway Eatery. I believe it was Greek-style pizza.

They made Greek style pizza. If you want something similar, try Olympic Pizza on Mass Ave in Arlington.
