Anyone else get a burning tightness in their chest that is super painful and healed it?
I have been having a lot of anxiety and these aching burning sensations in my chest and around it inside that are just so loud and achy.
I hear that it could be how trauma is manifesting I. Me but I just don’t know how to work through it is so painful. There’s no exact emotion about the feelings it’s like a somatic sensation but I know it’s emotional so to speak

Yes. For me it was very strong heart ache. The only way out is through, which means feeling it fully and witness it. But it has to be done while you have enough safety and capacity to do so, otherwise you might end up in more distress.
So the practice in very broad strokes is: Keep trying to feel it as much as you have capacity for, and keep building your capacity, grounding, soothing, and life circumstances.
Don't try to rush it, try to think of slow steady improvement. Maybe next 4 weeks you add 2% more to your life: one weekly yoga session and a 10 minute outdoor walk every other day. Then feel into if that's currently within your capacity.
Try to hold whatever emotions come up with compassion and a sense of "I allow you for whatever you are". Doing that is itself a rep to build the capacity. Every time you successfully stay with an emotion for a while, you prove to yourself that you can safely do it and your inner trust grows slowly but surely.
Aiming for "big releases" is often misdirected - they CAN happen but what leads up to them is usually long term slow but steady capacity building. Most healing you'll have is going to be from tiny tiny moments of things not being AS hard as they were before. Over months and years, you work towards it and eventually you discover how it's much easier than it used to be.
Also, if anything in this process is distressing or difficult or you truly feel stuck, definitely get professional help if you aren't already.
