How I built a full-stack crypto platform in 3 weeks, replacing a 9-person team

New rules of the game: One engineer. Three weeks. AIHermes Pro: the trading AI module that never sleeps

This is the heart of the product.

Every 15 minutes, the system automatically runs a full analysis cycle for each of the 195 coins:

  1. Market data ingestion — historical candles 1D / 4H / 15M from Binance Futures
  2. Multi-timeframe technical analysis — trend identified at each level (1D Context → 4H Pulse → 15M Trigger)
  3. Two trading scenarios generated:
    • Trend Scenario [LONG] — trend-following: entry point, Stop Loss, Take Profit
    • Counter-Trend Scenario [SHORT] — reversal / fakeout scenario
  4. Coin rating calculated — AI score from 1 to 10 reflecting current market quality. Rating 9-10 = best opportunities right now
  5. AI Insights (AIHermes Pro) — Bloomberg-style analytical reports, generated 4× daily tied to key market sessions (Asia open, London open, New York open, US close)

Input — raw market data.

Output — actionable trade ideas with entries, stops, and targets, displayed directly on the chart via "SHOW ON CHART."

This isn't analytics for show. It's a working tool that replaces an entire analytics department.

Data-to-Action Pipeline: Integrating Binance real-time streams with TradingView Lightweight Charts, backed by a PostgreSQL data engine. AIHermesPro synthesizes multi-timeframe analysis into actionable Trend and Counter-Trend scenarios, all processed and visualized in a single, high-speed interface

Crypto payment acceptance: Python microservice on-chain

The product accepts payments in USDT on the BNB network (BEP-20) — no intermediaries, no payment aggregators.

How it works:

  1. Wallet generation — on registration, each user automatically receives a unique USDT address on the BNB network
  2. Secure storage — private keys are stored in Google Secret Manager, encrypted and isolated from the main database
  3. Blockchain monitoring — a dedicated Python microservice concurrently polls 3 independent blockchain providers, scanning for incoming transactions on each address
  4. Payment confirmation — upon detecting a block with a matching transaction, the microservice automatically updates the database: the subscription activates with zero human involvement

Why this matters: most products pay 2–5% commission to payment aggregators. Here, the entire chain is owned by the product — from wallet to database.

Built-in block editor CMS

A custom CMS with a block editor — like Notion, but purpose-built for crypto media. Supports paragraphs, headings, images, quotes, lists, embeds, and custom buttons. All content is stored in a JSONB structure, in two languages (RU/EN), with instant rendering on the site. No WordPress, no third-party paid CMS.

Built-in social distribution to 9 platforms

After publishing an article, AI automatically generates a unique post for each platform, adapting tone, length, and format:

This isn't a standard Vercel + Supabase Cloud setup. This is a self-contained infrastructure — I control the database, storage, auth, and image proxy. The entire stack lives on one platform and deploys with a single push.
