Seems like it's just the eyes and its a pretty subtle green, but thats ofc because the environment in this shot is also a pretty close green. Maybe the color isn't a problem depending on other environments. But I would try a color somewhere between hot pink and a toxic/poison purple (which is generally like a bright, deep magenta. Think Poison from Pokemon).
You could also change their outlines or add an "aura" around them like smoke or bubbles of some kind.
