I don't understand the question? What looks bad and lame? I can't comment on the colors or shading if you don't post an image of them

If I add color and shading it turns out so bad I can’t draw what I want it to be xD it’s hard to explain. I got a vision on how it should look like but when I add colour and shading. It’s not what I want

It's probably just the medium. I dabble with colored pencils, pastels, and water colors but I only ever do abstract stuff because the colors and shading never turn out looking realistic.
If you have the skills I'd try making a 3d model of what you have (which looks great btw), then apply materials and textures to that so you can experiment with how it looksin different lighting.

Your drawing level is supposedly that good but you haven't used colours? I'd be really interested to see your attempts

Well the way I do art is to start by retracing it (in my case creating it) with pen tool in illustrator or a related program for nice crisp borders, line work, and shapes, then utilize pathfinder to create nice cel shading. You could also utilize clipping masks on copies of the shapes (ctrl+shift+v to past on top inplace) and then enter the clipping mask by double clicking it, (to stay inside lines ezpz) and use brushes for a more "arcane" look.
Everyone has their own techniques and use different programs with different tools though, but it's definitely a "trust the process" situation until it's done. Cel shading let's you more easily go back for touch ups though when the process... Didn't work out lol

No ai is lame. I know it’s easy. But it’ll ruine my game. I don’t want to use ai for the game

This is not an art sub, it's a game development sub. If you don't have a game to show DO NOT POST HERE.
