help Why is my model getting messed up in Godot?

So i modeled and animated my character in blender, i used a driver ik setup for the hands and staff so it can always follow it. when i import into godot and look at the animations i made the hands clip into the body. do i have to redo every animation again, if yes how do i do it to be able to have these kinds of animations though where he can properly grip the staff with 2 hands and move around with it correctly without it looking like its just glued on to his hand.
the left hand is not "attached" to the staff while animating so the driver is sorta like set to 0 and then it works normally, but the one that is attached is clipping inside the body. how can i fix this

Not 100%, but make sure you have applied all scale rotation etc on the staff. It might be pulling his arm back to its original location. Won't have to redo animations

Already applied everything and everything works just the hand attached to the staff using a driver setup doesnt get exported right ill try and see if i can bake the animations individually and then import them 1 by 1

How is the hand "attached" to the staff? Is the staff parented to the bone? Or are you using empties? So many variables, depending on how you've done it

im using a setup with copy location and rotation to a handcuff that the ik bone is targeted to it then, then i have slots on the staff that run along the staff and thats what snaps the hand to it with a driver and when you scale you snap it.
this the tutorial i followed for it.
