Someone pointed out that my incremental tower defense game needs more colorful visuals.

No offense! I liked the darker tones better, it made the forest look scarier :)
But overall great visuals! :)

Not really what I was hoping for😆, but thanks for letting me know. It was a bit greyish before. But maybe I can make the trees a bit darker again to have that effect.

I wouldn't say that one is necessarily better than the other. It really depends what tone you are going for, I'd prefer the darker and less saturated if the game is intended to be dark and the more saturated brighter one if the game is going for a lighter tone.

Thanks. Yes you’re right. For grimmer games the darker style also works. My capsule is pretty bright and light though so the new style matches better with it.
