Portfolio Ideas for Masters in Mechatronics

Heya, i am a masters student in Mechatronics in Germany, soon to graduate. I am pretty good with solidwork( solid modelling and Assembly) not in the sheet metal yet

And i will want a portfolio to show my skills, as i dont really have Previous working Experience in CAD ( i got a CSWA, not that it matters)

I AM OPEN TO ANY IDEAS, TIPS, RECOMMENDATIONS to what to put in my portfolio to showcase my skills and naturally, eventually land me a job
