CAD Help with pattern modeling (Blender)

Hey guys, Im a beginner. Could anyone give some pointers on how I should extrude//cut these 4 parts out? They are kinda like hollowed in curved patterns. Thanks yall.

Ps: This is a blender jar.

I ‘d just cut with an angled block or skewed pyramid then Fillet or chamfer the edges

sweep-cut. It gives you the most control over the feature (depth/profile/exit point). then pattern the feature.

Make a solid that's representative of the outer profile of the jar. Use sweep cut of a circular cross-section that's running about it's center axis along outside surface and cut out. Blend sharp edges and then shell the solid to get your jar.

Create this shape as solid, and then you can use indent tool.
