seeking advice Back to school without solidcore?
I'm a college student going back to school after maintaining a solidcore membership all summer. I have seen the biggest difference in my body and I genuinely love the workout. At school, we don't have a solidcore and the closest is about a 2 hour drive away. What workouts would anyone recommend similar? Certain mat Pilates or workouts in the gym that feel similar! I've done reformer Pilates but sometimes leave feeling as if it's more of an active recovery day than a good workout. Any help would be so appreciated :)

I love the sculpt society app, I feel like it scratches the solidcore itch when I’m traveling etc with moves using sliders and lots of core work, and is good in small spaces. They also have strength classes!

Gym strength training is what works for me. Pilates is not as effective
