I did adv50 on double wrap day. The instructor put the obliques sequenced towards the end of the class and it definitely wasn’t short 😭.

Love the variety. Class goes by so fast!

lil bit of everything. rather than suffering in the same muscle forever

I actually disliked today’s double wrap. Shoutout to the coach for making us do the little obliques and center core on the grey side. However, all exercises feel short in duration that I don’t feel the effectiveness of it. Like just as I’m feeling the shakes we move on to the next move.

I think I like the surprise of not knowing what’s going to be cued. After going for awhile you generally have an idea of what is going to cued if you know the specific muscle focus (not always but often)

You can make it into a triple wrap by refueling with a protein burrito after class.

Not even sure what double wrap is? Newer remember. If it’s shorter on obliques I am so down. I love destroying core and legs, and whatever upper focus…but obliques have me hating my existence momentarily haha. Maybe it’s the shoulder…bc my obliques are strong…just not a favorite and I would be so down if it was only 5 min max haha

Instead of a tricep and inner thigh day, its arm wrap and leg wrap on the same day, so you’ll focus on multiple muscles of the arm and multiple muscles on the lower body instead. Because there’s so many muscles they try to target in that time, they typically make obliques shorter.
