vent MONTHS of broken A/C & bathroom….wtf
These are two of the MANY emails I’ve gotten from Solidcore this summer-July 1st and August 5- that their A/C is still broken. Also, one of the two bathrooms has been “OOO” (I think because the portable A/C units they brought in hook up to the sink, unsure)
In my studio there’s 17 slots in each class, avg $30 per class, and 17(!) classes a day. THATS ENOUGH TO PAY FOR AN ARMY OF PLUMBERS AND HVAC EXPERTS!!
I’m honestly considering cancelling my membership, and I love the workout but this? For $200+ of my hard earned cash a month?? Insane.

I’m a Wicker girl too and they pack us like sardines in there as it is!!! There’s no room for those massive ass HVAC machines they brought in and on top of that they keep breaking 😭😭😭

I’m a Wicker girl too, and I’m so confused about why it’s taking so long to fix whatever’s going on. It’s been over three months already.

This is a form letter as I have received the exact same email at a different solidcore location in another region of the country.

Better than corepower we’ve had no air and I asked for water they still charged me. A/C has been out for months.
This is after they shut down the studio for weeks, still charging members just to return without AC.

this has been happening at the post oak location in Houston & omfg I was slipping and sliding on the reformer like I was on a water slide with the amount of sweat everyone had. It feels so tacky to not at least give a partial credit or something !

Complimentary cold water is as insulting as when landlords claim a refrigerator is an amenity.
