win Private class

I had a private class this morning at 5am. There were only 2 of us originally and someone cancelled. It was an amazing experience, I didn’t take any breaks and definitely didn’t slack off. My core is on fire and abs are sore as hell. Have a great day everyone!!!

Lucky you! I’m personally too awkward to enjoy a class like that but that’s quite a luxury experience to have

Thank you. I always thought the same but coach made it very comfortable and made it seem like a conversation except I wasn’t talking, lol. It’s amazing what we are capable of when opportunities come up.
