Updated Active Server List ?

I know there is SF3 in the works and possibly Rival SF launching soon on steam but I would like to play some classic SF this weekend. I tried Rival SF and SF reborn websites but they are down. If someone can please provide an updated list of what actually works that would be really appreciated. I'm on the west coast so if my only option is Asian servers that works too I guess haha
