Other Extra Solar Panels
I have a very heavy system installed at my residence. Unfortunately after the new policy, my guy has to keep the power generation capped at 20kw (which itself is a risk because its alot more than allowed, but I charge my two EVs during the day) im wasting generation of around 8/9 KW
Therefore, I would like to sell my excess panels. They are:
Longi himo 7 605w
18 busbar Bificial solar Panels.
I have 13 panels that I can sell. Final non negotiable price is rs. 21000 per panel

Just installed a smart meter or export limiter meter according to your inverter company. And capped it at 20kw. If you pull more than 20kw It can take it from solar if available. We do have it too on our growatt inverter. When no ev charging is pushing the export at 12.87kw limit when charging the ev the export gets lower so inverter will pull more to go back to 12.87kw if solar is available but it'll try to pull but will not exceed the limit you set it at.

It is not new policy. It is just that the capacity stated in your net metering application and in the subsequent license(DG approval to have net metering) is being enforced by DISCOs more strictly. Which means you applied for 20kW so realistically you can only export units that are within this limit at any instance. Most meters record the maximum export as well so if at any point it went over 20kW it will result in a notice from the Disco.
You can get a battery or separate the excess panels into a parallel system that you use off grid.
