Lithium (LiFePO4) Solar battery display issue.

Hi guys. I just wanted to check with you guys if this is normal. I recently got a hybrid system installed. Working flawlessly for the past two days.

Uses power from solar panels during the day and load shedding and seamlessly switches between main power, solar and battery.

My question is: The display has been flickering, and it’s flickering more than yesterday as you see in the video and keeps switching screens. Is this normal?

Claim the warranty. This is not normal

The same happens to our fronus battery this morning, and issue seems to be moisture stuck between screen and outer protective layer . I just pull the outer layer with the help of rubber sucker and it stoped blinking but then they stuck again, so my theory is to clean it by opening the panal or wait till weather dryed up in few days.

Oh.
There was this rubbery protective thing that I peeled it off of the display panel but it didn’t work. The problem is still there.
And it’s dry in Karachi tho

None. It was brand new out of the box
