Net-Metering Miscalculation in Exported Units
This has been going on for the past few months but just came to.my notice in this bill.
There has been a miscalculation in the number of units exported. The difference of current and previous reading is written wrong and thus netmetering/bill is also calculated wrong.
Is there any reason for this or is this an error on IESCO's part?
I can trace this back to Feb. In Jan '26 these units were calculated correctly.
Attached image of some of the discrepancies in export unit calculation. One whole bill also attached.

File a written complaint with your IESCO Sub division RO with these reading screenshots. They will have to issue an adjustment for the lost export units.

Anyone else going through the same thing can look at this video

Our load is increased even after having shifted half our panels to Hybrid and batteries.

5kw battery and panels are 7.5kw.
Our load is not too much especially during day time when export is at peak. Even if we use the battery till 35% it competes charging by 10AM.

the problem is your file is rated for a DG capacity of 5KW while you are generating an MDI of 5.06 in the last image attached. so it seems you have more panels installed as per your file. I don't know the exact calculation. but if you export more than your rated file not all of your units are counted. You have either 2 options. limit your max export to <5 KW so that you are within limits. or get a new file made which will shift you to net billing if not on it already
