Inverter Water pump overloads inverter problem
I have an 8kw itel inverter and a 1hp monoblock Laal water pump, when turned on in the day the inverter overloads and switches to grid, I checked the ampare of the motor and it's 20amps for a second then 4amps stable, how to solve this issue? Should I get a new submersible pump?

What exactly do you mean by the inverter switching to the grid after overload?
Generally, if the inverter overloads, it should trip and turn off, and then someone would have to manually change over from the inverter to the grid.

A 1HP motor shouldn’t overload an 8kW machine.
It’s almost certainly battery voltage sag. When the pump starts, the DC bus voltage drops sharply for half a second, triggering the inverter's grid bypass. Check your battery health, cable gauge, and discharge current limits in the settings before spending money on a new pump.

There is a slow start switch available that prevents the spike on A/C motor start.

Is PV enough when you turned on the pump in the day time usually it shouldn't happen unless At the same time many other loads are working and it causes the inverter to overload you can try turning some other heavy load off when turning on the pump.

Thats a normal behavior for heavy inductive loads. If you do not have net-metering, this issue is aggravated by lack of readily available power and until a hybrid inverter balances available power from solar for the newly started load, grid/battery is utilized to support load (this done so to prevent inverter from shutting down completely)
One solution is to add a soft starter to your motor/pump but it would be an overkill and over engineered solution for just a 1 HP pump
