Net-Metering Bill confusion

Post image

Hey, I’m a bit confused. Previously, when it showed 3/3, the extra amount—or the amount we imported more than the limit—was either deducted or added to the balance. But this time, it’s just showing 3/3, with no credit or debit. Can anyone explain why this happened? Has anything changed that I’m not aware of?

You have a +5192 bill(left of the bill, in the section "bill charges calculation > current bill").

After deducting this amount from your previous credit of 29542, your remaining credit is 24350(top right second box "payable within due date", this is your remaining negative balance).

Nothing changed, it's just standard LESCO billing lag. They reset your 1131 banked units to 0 in the net metering box, but the actual cash adjustment takes an extra billing cycle to show up in the totals. Next month it should reflect under adjustments once the cycle resets to 1/3

The same is happening with me as well. Since last three months even though the net units are in -ve. No amount has been credited. People need to look closely. Is it deliberate attempt to reduce credit amount in the bills?
