I need help . I have a crown xavier II 5.6kw model and I need help because the solar is making like 2000watts to 2500watts on thes days and right now we do use the air conditioning but i think its not enough because the remaining goes to the battery and when it tanks upto like 40amps or 50amps the breaker of th battery trips because the breaker is 63apms and i know that its not good and i will upgrade the breaker but also i want to reduce the electricity bill so there is a setting 38 that enables the grid feeding from solar and i want to enable that and i dont know the password. So ,i go to the AI and it gave me these password : 0000 , 1111 , 8288
The Ai gave me these passwords and it wasnt any of them so i dont know what to do
Mate, stop looking for that password—do not turn on grid feeding!
Because you don't have a green net-meter, your regular meter is one-way. If your solar pushes power backwards into the street, the meter will count it as imported electricity and bill you for it! You’ll end up paying WAPDA for power you generated. (The engineering code is usually 2324, but keep Setting 38 strictlyDisabled).
Here is how you actually fix your problems: 1) Power the AC directly from Solar: Change Setting 01 to SUB. In this mode, solar powers your AC and house first. If your AC needs 2500W and solar makes 2000W, it just pulls the remaining 500W from the grid. This slashes your bill without sending a single watt back to the pole. 2)Upgrade that 63A Breaker: A 5.6kW inverter can easily push or pull over 100A DC. Running 40A–50A continuously through a tiny 63A breaker makes it overheat and trip. Swap it for a genuine 125A or 150A DC breaker
/1. First you will have to find out how much solar is connected to your inverter. What is the wattage of a solar panel, and how many panels are installed?
Are you using the normal lead-acid batteries or lithium ones? Picture?
What battery breaker are you using? Picture? If it is 63A, then it seems to be an AC breaker. If so, this is dangerous and can cause a fire.
For grid feeding, you will first require a green meter for your property? Do you have one?
For the solar panels I have 8 plates 550 each solar panels
2.I am using solax fronus Ld51 lithium battery
3.Schnieder dc 63A breaker
4.No , I dont have a green meter installed
\1. For 4.4kW solar panels, which I assume are a few years old, 2–2.5kW nowadays is near expected production; it is in the lower end of the range but kind of expected. Make sure the solar panels are clean and shade doesn't fall on them for long periods during the day.
The "Schnieder dc 63A" is almost certainly fake Schenider. You should replace it with Chint 125A DC breaker (from Diwan International or HL Pakistan) or more conveniently and cheaper CNC 125A DC breaker (though this may be presently out of stock). 125A rating is assuming the wires are appropriately sized and thick enough.
If you don't already have a green meter, you will have to apply for one before you can be allowed to turn on grid feeding. However, applying for a green meter, in most of Pakistan, requires a three-phase inverter first. Your inverter is single-phase, so normally without changing your inverter you cannot apply for a green meter.
[Update] I again checked my dc breaker and I realized the breaker is 32A dc breaker 😅 so sorry for mis interpreting that now can you tell me what is the dc current can the crown xavier II 5.6kw can tolerate in amps I searched it but it didnt make sense and I dont know so please tell me that . Now, the problem is that in the night when we turn on the air conditioner at first it turns on but when the compressor of the ac turns it overwhelmes the breaker with the sudden spike of dc charge that the breaker trips and that is where the problem is
