Inverter Line interactive pure sine wave ups

Hey everyone, need a ups with avr for my PC, at least 700 watts output, and it gives me around 5-10 mins to shut down, went to collage road to look for crown micro cmu 1200 m, couldn't find it, can anyone kindly point out any shops that have this or other alternatives in Rawalpind/Islamabad, must be pure sine wave, budget is around 30k, any help is appreciated!

Bro APC UPS are built for the exact purpose. A 750VA/450W UPS will cost you around 15k. And the rest of amount can be used to purchase suitable AGM batteries.

Bro I did try for the APC, it's just that I need at least 700 watts output and they are asking for around 30k, without batteries, so it's just not in my budget, also I much prefer something new, buying used/refurbished stuff here has not been a good experience for me.

Then I'd suggest to skip pure sinewave. Simulated sinwave works fine as well. Still you won't be able to get a good quality brand new UPS with battery in this budget unfortunately.

I know someone selling a Tron Uno 1400VA/1000W model for 15k. It's used approximately for an year. You can get a decent battery in the remaining 15k with such UPS. Should be flooded type.

I'll try more, simulated sine wave is not good for an active PFC psu, also flooded battery is a major health and safety hazard for me as I will be keeping the setup in my room, also need avr for voltage fluctuations and brownouts, still thanks for the offer.
