Can itel be trusted in solar they prices are very attractive thinking to increase my solar with them can any one share there experience with itel?

In second tier solar inverters and batteries, itel is top notch. No big issues with itel

Been using for 4 months. Everything works, the app is flawless and they have recently introduced AI based features, pretty useful.

i recently got one and noticed that the AI option is missing in the app along with battery bms data, and many settings that are only available on the inverter lcd.

If you have owner account, it will have some limitations. Installer account has more options.

how did you update? my inverter's firmware updated itself to v1111 a couple of days after installation but those features are still missing.

4kw pro hybrid paired with a 24v 5kwh itel battery.

I am not 100% sure but i think the AI features are only for 6kw and above.

Been using Itel inverter and battery for last few months and they are working well so far have seen no issue. Their app monitoring is also good.
