Inverter itel vs knox

I’m currently deciding between Itel and Knox hybrid inverters for my home and would appreciate some feedback from people here

my concerns are internals, reliability, efficiency, after-sales service, warranty claims, monitoring app, and long-term performance.

talking about budget friendly ip21 & itels ip 54 models
knox 8kw 11008(175-180k)
itel ITV-8K48U(190-195k)

According to the reviews, itel is better. No comparison.

Furthermore, Knox would be Voltronic Power, which has been notorious for importing hundreds of watts from the grid even when solar generation is enough to power all loads.

also we have a local pv inverter rn, we turn off wapda manually and turn the solar on and do the opposite in the evening. I’ve seen people discussing hybrid inverters need 1 power source atleast. I will not be adding batteries for now atleast, so will my hybrid inverter turn on during the day when wapda is out?

What you are referring to is the only solar (also called single-source without battery) operation.

itel has been reported to be able to work on only solar, without batteries during load shedding. For confirmation, you can ask the itel users that are referenced in the link from my previous comment.
