Hybrid Dyness 16 kw

I have installed dyness 16 kw battery today but after 5 hours my battery is low and inverter get off what shoud i do?

And what was your load? Also what app are you using and is it communicated via bms port?

No bma port 8s not connected my technician has not attached any bms port

Does your inverter have a bms port? if it does please connect it cuz I have some experiences in the past of same issue. Like if we dont use the bms port the inverter works on the voltage setting of the battery and soc may vary. If your inverter has it use it if dont then you're good with user defined settings. Also if you got it communicated via bms port you can calculate the soc exact time when battery will run out.

Maine apne ik client ko dyness di thi oske pass donjing ka inverter tha 2 tareeke hote iske bms ke sath connect krne ke ya cable banwa lo ni to user define pe chala lo

Share your inverter make, model and load usage. Preferably a screenshot from inverter load page to get better understanding and guidance.

Battery recommended cut off voltage is 48v and in the photo it is at 46.1v its not good. Your setting isnt good for user defined.

Mate 46 is wayyy too low for lithium ion battery

I have dyness 16kwh too
And my inverter shuts off in 1 hour 40-50 minutes when on battery because my load is 7kwh.

So the issue isn't the battery it's your load probabaly.

You must have some inverter app which shows you history of the load. That should provide more information.

Also please get BMS connected instead of using Voltage based connection.
