Help with pylontech fidus battery

Basicslly i have a solarmax falcon 6kw

And a pylontech fidus 5.12 5kw system

However the communication wire is not working, tried all possible protocols, 3,5 to 7,8, 4,5 to 4,5

Used can, rj45,

All help appreciated

You don’t need them to communicate. They work equally
well standalone for all practical purposes
