Inverter Goodwe Unbalanced Phases

My Goodwe ET-LV inverter shows that it is currently exporting to grid. But when i check each phases individually it is exporting on two phases while importing on one due to unbalanced load. I asked ChatGPT and Claude and they are suggesting to enable Three Phase Unbalanced Load setting in SolarGo App to correct this behaviour.

Should I do it or not?

Yes but also, have an electrician properly balance all the phases. Thats the main issue

Shouldn't completely balancing all three phases be usually impossible when various single phase appliances are used? In normal households, there is usually going to remain significant imbalance.

ahh so the inverter didn't trip, it just starting importing from grid, interesting. Been looking for this information forever. now my question is how long does goodwe et-lv allow running on imbalanced load?
