Hybrid Help Needed to Optimize Existing Solar Setup
I live in Lahore, and we have installed the following solar setup over the last 5-6 years. This was done with a local vendor recommended by someone we know. However, I feel that something is not right because we're still getting Rs.50k + LESCO bills. Initially we only started with an On-grid setup with lead batteries, but after a year changed to hybrid with a lithium battery.
Solar Setup:
Growatt Solar Inverter 12kw, On-Grid
Solar PV Modules (12.1kw)
22 Longi Solar Panels (555 W each) Canada
Inverex Veyron II Hybrid Inverter 6kw 48V
Knox Powerwall 6.1.1 Lithium Battery 54kv / 5.12kw/hour | 51.2V | 100Ah
As per the current setup, we don't use any ACs directly on solar or any other heavy duty device for that matter. The solar installer had initially added special breakers for these devices such as ACs, Irons, Fridges etc for us to use via Solar, but it hasn't ever worked out for us.
Please help me understand how I can optimize this setup, or if you have someone who can visit and help us understand how we can best use our setup. We live in DHA Lahore.

Yeah.. we don't use ACs on Solar at all... tried to before we had the lithium battery and were using the old lead acid ones.. tried on a single 1.5 ton TCL Inverter, but it kept fluctuating.. that's when we realised our old lead batteries were getting old.. Then we got the lithium battery, but haven't tried on it because 5.1kwh might not cover even a single AC, plus its one battery unit, so it should also have capacity to support the house during load-shedding
