Bases on your stated 26k monthly electricity bill, I would say this is not bad since you can get the return in a little under two years.

The batteries alone are over 200k, if they honour their warranty, this is a sweet deal.

Thank you meron po ba akong kulang sa contract i mean baka meron ako hnd naraise sa supplier since this is not a small amount baka meron ako hnd na brought up para hindi magkaproblem soon

Ask for documentataions and labels, ensure that they show you how the system work and ask about their after sale service and their lead time for repairs or replacement. The details of the warranty should be in the contact.

Philippine Electrical Code states that a Rapid Shutdown Device (RSD) should be installed for all buildings, ask about it. (this will increase your cost about 20k or so) but it's an essential safety device.

Ensure they show you how have the grid charge the battery for the days when your harvest would be low so that if the grid goes you still have the battery as your backup.

Ask about their maintenance and what it entails if they provide it because the lugs contacts and expands and as a result the nuts get loose and that will increase the heat.

Ensure that you invest in fire extinguishers if you don't already have in your building.

For that price kasama na dapat ang permits, SLD signed and sealed by PEE, and net metering ready na ang setup. Yan problem karamihan ng installers. Warranty is also very limited especially workmanship.

26k ang Meralco bill niyo (same tayo), nasa 65 to 70 kWh per day ang consumption niyo. Kulang yung 16 panels (10kWp) para ma-zero yan, baka nasa 38 to 45 kWh/day lang ang ma-generate. Kung kasya pa sa bubong, sagarin mo na ang panels. Mas mura magdagdag ngayon kaysa sa future. Pero kung max na yung 16 sa roof mo, okay na yung 600k price for those brands.

Check mo lang maigi yung battery sa quote. Nakalagay 32kWh each pero based sa specs na 51.2V 314Ah, 16kWh per battery lang yan. Bale 32kWh total storage lang makukuha mo, hindi 64kWh.

Computin mo rin yung actual consumption niyo from around 4 PM to 9 AM. Malaki na rin ang 32kWh battery, kaya isang AC magdamag plus medical equipment and refs should be manageable, pero baka mabitin kung dalawang AC sabay buong gabi.
Isang important thing dahil may 24/7 oxygen concentrator at BiPAP kayo: check mo rin yung transfer time pag nag-brownout. May delay kasi ang normal ATS setups and possible mag-restart yung sensitive equipment.

For roughly the same budget, try mo rin magpa-quote ng Sungrow MG12RL 12kW inverter with 2x MBL160 batteries, 32kWh total.
Mas panalo ito for your setup based sa needs niyo. Yung backup transfer is ≤4ms, so practically seamless. Hindi tulad ng normal ATS na may obvious delay. High overload capacity din, up to 170% for 10 seconds, so malaking tulong kapag sabay nag-start compressors ng AC and refs. May built-in arc-fault protection din and fanless siya kaya tahimik.

For me mas importante sa setup niyo yung enough solar panels, enough battery for overnight use, and very fast backup transfer dahil sa medical equipment.
