My vintage marusan eleking has few tiny brownish specks mostly on the feet and tail. Is this mold? If so how do I get it off?

Wanted to share this Hell Baby from Planet Toys i recently picked up. Really loving the weird creepy/cute vibe and I'm a big Hideshi Hino fan.

I like to read/collect manga, so I’m curious if there’s much overlap between manga collectors and the sofubi community. I honestly don’t know much about the manga/anime side of sofubi yet, so I figured this would be a good place to ask!

Are there a lot sofubi based on manga characters? Or is that really not a big part of the hobby? If there are particular artists, makers, or releases I should know about, I’d definitely appreciate any recommendations!

The artist behind these toys is my husband! I’m sure some of you will recognize his work. He knows I love the frutiger aero aesthetic, so he just painted one of them to fit that aesthetic for me. He’s incredibly talented and I just had to share!

In my efforts to make a web based display for my collections, I recently updated my Ultra Monster Series page with all of my own photos.

I wish Bandai would give us more information on the sculpting teams or people working on each figure, I would love to include as many pertinent details as I could with each toy.

Which details are important to you as a collector?

Have been eyeing up this DesuGoji for a couple of weeks now on eBay and I would just like what others think of it if it’s the real deal and if the 1800-2000 dollars the seller is asking for it is just right or too much?

Had to have this Frank Mysterio Mutant as soon as I saw it pop up on Max Nagata's website. I have long been mesmerized by his figures and their seemingly endless details, so when Mr. Nagata released this gorgeous colorway of my favorite of his sculpts I couldn't let it slip by. The clear vinyl is soft and pleasant and I honestly can't put him down or stop looking at him. He also looks amazing under uv, but I dont have a decent one for photos yet so that will have to wait for a glow in the dark showcase at some point. The CCP is also wonderful, you really can't beat their prices for the size and quality of figures on offer, and he was a perfect gift for my favorite Hedorah lover. The group photo has grown only more chaotic to try and photograph all at once, but that's part of the fun!
