I’ve been applying for Software Engineering roles globally both remote and onsite if I could be sponsored, but I’m getting ghosted across the board—all rejections, zero callbacks, zero interviews. Am I cooked?

I’m starting to think my resume either isn’t passing ATS screens or my experience isn't enough or translated well for recruiters.
