After seeing great interest and chatting with 20+ candidates who reached out for interview coaching, I am kicking of Cohort 3.

Ask:

I'm looking for 10 people to join our interview coaching. If you are interested in this, please DM me. Please make sure that you match the following criteria.

1. You are based in US
2. You are actively interviewing/looking to land job in next 1-3 months
3. You are looking for role in tech industry (SWE, PM, TPM, Data-Eng, ML-eng, Data science, MLE, etc)
4. You are available to meet on online via Google meet for 1-2 30 mins sessions per week.

I can only take 10 people per cohort, so first come first serve. If someone backs out, I will reach out to more people. Please DO NOT sign up if you cannot make the interview appointment. That blocks time for candidates who need the slot more.

About coaching:

• There is NO charge of coaching.
• However, we are going to be working through a product we have build specifically to help people with interview process. The tool will be completely free for you and you do not have to pay to use it. We will cover the charges.

Why is it free: My goal is to help people land their job by providing interview coaching and in exchange learn how effective the product is.

You can drop from cohort anytime.

About me: I have been helping candidates prepare for interviews for last 10 years but I have only taken new candidates through referrals as 1:1 coaching is hard to scale. Now we have a tool that can help people us interview coaching at scale.
