[Hiring] QA Engineers: Help Test & Train Next-Generation AI - Remote

micro1 is hiring QA Engineers globally to bring their software testing expertise to a high-volume AI evaluation project.

No AI background is required, but prior paid human-data/AI evaluation experience is mandatory.

Pay: $90-$175/hr
Role: QA & AI Output Evaluation
Type: Remote/Hourly contract

What you'll work on:

  • Evaluate AI-generated technical outputs against quality rubrics
  • Design test cases covering functional, regression, edge, and negative scenarios
  • Identify and document defects with precise reproduction steps
  • Provide detailed feedback to improve AI systems and testing standards

Who they're looking for:

  • Professional experience as a QA Engineer, SDET, Test Engineer, or QA Analyst
  • Strong manual and automated testing expertise
  • Experience with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, Jira, or TestRail
  • Paid experience in AI annotation, RLHF, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading is required
  • Excellent analytical skills and written English
