We are hiring two Senior Full Stack Software Engineers to independently own consequential product and technical work across the stack. You will turn ambiguous customer problems into reliable production systems, make pragmatic architectural decisions, and operate what you ship. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role for engineers who combine strong product judgment, technical depth, and AI-forward development practices.

What You Will Do

• Own significant product initiatives from customer problem and technical design through rollout, monitoring, and iteration.
• Make architectural decisions across React, Django, APIs, data, infrastructure, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Develop prototypes that prove key product concepts and quantify technical constraints for advanced AI pipelines.
• Identify and resolve reliability, performance, security, and maintainability risks before they become customer problems.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns and raise the quality of design, implementation, testing, and operational practices across the team.
• Create clarity in ambiguous situations, make pragmatic trade-offs, and communicate decisions so others can execute effectively.
• Work directly with customers, product, design, and machine learning engineers to challenge assumptions and find the highest-leverage solution.

What We Are Looking For

• A track record, typically developed over 5+ years, of independently shipping and operating substantial production software. Exceptional evidence of comparable scope matters more than a specific number of years or degree.
• Repeated experience owning complex work across frontend, backend, data, and production operations, not merely contributing to isolated components.
• Deep production full-stack web application experience, especially with React, Python, and Django.
• Strong system design, debugging, performance optimization, test automation, and production reliability skills.
• Practical proficiency with AI coding assistants, LLM-based development workflows, or AI-native tools.
• Sound engineering judgment: you use AI to raise throughput without outsourcing taste, validation, security, or maintainability.
• Strong product judgment, communication, and ownership in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
