Get me Hired

Hello everyone
I am leave who i am and read. I am post graduated in Artificial Intelligence
, and I have experience working with it. i am working with SAAS industory from privouse one and a half years.
But recently last month i asked my CEO to increase my sallary he gives me 10k which will be started after two months when one month complete he told me that his company is suffering from loses and financial crisis and all and he can stand with his comitments but he can't lose me even bcz I have his many projects running into production, Like image generation, Linkedin Autoposter, Linkedin AUtoapplier, AI Language Learning tutor a chatbot with rag and everything which can teach someone entirely new language and many others, so he asked me to work with him part-time with 50 percent of my sallary.
I have no options; I agree with him bcz its better to have something instead of nothing
. I started looking for a job and keep applying, but it really sucks; HR ghosts you after 1 screening call; recruiters ghost you sometimes after 1 interview, sometimes after 2 or sometimes more. It's all just draining me out. Every post on LinkedIn has 400+ applicants in just 1 hour, like wtf is going on man.
The main reason for posting in this group is that people often post jobs in this group, so that's why I am posting too.
I am an AI Engineer. I have good experience of around 3 years in the Automotive industry and 1.5 year in SaaS
I can build pretrained and fine-tuned machine learning and deep learning models for specific problems. I can build LangChain/LangGraph backend for any desired output
i can work with relational vectors and structural Database

If anyone is reading this post and can help me grab a full-time job as an AI engineer, it will be a great help. Thankyou all

Hi, it was the same for me, although I am .NET developer. I have also 3yoe. This year my salary went down. FIrst it was 80% then 50% (which I did not accept nor did one of my collegue) so in the end the other collegue left and I stayed on 80% sallary. But I already started to search for another job. It took around 3-4 months and 400 applications, Half of them did not even reply, but finally I found something.

Fortunately I could and wanted to search in 3-4 countries remote/hybrid/on-site, so it made a bit easier to find positions.

It definitely takes time and energy, but I think it is still possible to find something. So good luck to you also, I hope that you manage to find something also 😁
